Our flats are picturesquely located on Salt Island, right on the banks of the Parsęta River. The proximity of the river and the spa climate of the city are conducive to relaxation. Thanks to its fantastic location in the very centre of Kołobrzeg, just a few hundred metres from the Old Town, planning your sightseeing will be easier than you can imagine. You are only a few minutes away from Kołobrzeg's biggest attractions. In less than 10 minutes, you will reach the lighthouse, the pier and the town beach, and in just a few minutes' walk you will reach the Museum of Polish Arms, the town hall, the famous Lontowa Tower or Kołobrzeg's oceanarium. Kolobrzeg's other attractions are also nearby, including the Amber Museum, the Rope Park or the famous Upside Down House, as well as the Kolobrzeg Water Park. The surroundings are conducive to active recreation - there is a swimming pool nearby. (You can also swim on the Parsęta River in a canoe, or rent a kayak or take a water tram). The neighbourhood is also well connected - you will find bicycle rentals and a railway station right next door.

The city beach in Kołobrzeg is located about 1600 m from our property, which is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. The walk goes through a picturesque park and the old town – it’s a pleasant route.
