Dear Guest, We would be very grateful if you would abide by these rules and regulations, which are intended to ensure the safety and tranquillity of your holiday and that of all our guests. Rules and regulations of the apartment building at Młyńska 10 Street

I. General provisions

These Regulations define the conditions under which it is possible to rent accommodation in the facility at Młyńska 10 Street in Kołobrzeg. Each person who makes a reservation, at the same time accepts the terms of these regulations.

The contract between the client and the facility is concluded at the time of booking.

II. Terms and conditions of the lease agreement

1. the contract concluded between the object Młyńska 10 and the client covers only the rental of the flat. The rental price includes charges for utilities (electricity, gas, water, heating in the heating season) and final cleaning.

2. Collection of keys: the code to the flat takes place at the reception of "Apartamentów Nad Parsętą" ul. Szpitalna 7- vis a vis the object Młyńska 10 (the code is active throughout the stay). Check-in begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.

3. The client is obliged to pay the amount from the booking confirmation of the stay even if, for reasons beyond the client's control, the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened (transport difficulties, personal reasons

5. The client shall immediately notify the reception of any incidents that may expose the Landlord to damage.

6. The client may only use the flat for residential purposes and may not sublet it further.

7. The customer shall be responsible for any damage they cause to the equipment on the property and to the property itself. The Customer undertakes to notify the reception immediately of any damage and undertakes to pay for it during their stay.

8. If the Guest leaves the Apartment in a visibly deteriorated or visibly dirty condition, the Andrzejczuk Company has the right to charge additional fees, in particular for visibly dirty sofas, carpets, walls or balconies and leaving dirty dishes on tables or other. The additional cost depends on the cost of restoring the Apartment to its proper condition.

9. The entire facility must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

III. Obligations of the customer

1. The number of persons to reside in the flat is limited to that stated in the booking specification. The client is obliged to inform by phone or e-mail of any change in this number. Otherwise, Młyńska 10 Facility may refuse to issue keys to the flat.

2. The customer is obliged to observe the principles of good neighbourliness and to maintain the flat in its present condition.

3. Visitors who are not registered may stay in the flat from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

4. Młyńska 10 Facility may refuse to accommodate a client who, during their previous stay, has grossly violated the Regulations, causing damage to the property of the flat or guests, or damage to the guests, employees or other persons staying at Młyńska 10 Facility.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and common areas of the building, including balconies. In the event of violation of the smoking ban, the Guest is obliged to pay a cleaning and ozonisation fee of PLN 1000. For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use electrical appliances in the flats which do not constitute fixtures and fittings, as well as to use open fires such as barbecues, etc.

6. Animals The possibility for animals to stay absolutely requires prior arrangement. In addition, animals must not be a nuisance to other guests of the Property and shall be so arranged that they do not cause any damage to the flat furnishings. The owner is materially and legally responsible for the stay of animals.

IV. Force majeure

1.In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, the effects of which cannot be immediately eliminated by usual means, Mlynska 10 reserves the right to offer the client a different date to that originally booked. Młyńska 10 Facility has the right, in the event of force majeure phenomena, to cancel the contract. This also applies to cases where the personal safety of the client or their property, for reasons beyond the control of the facility, cannot be guaranteed.

V. Personal data protection

1. The Customer declares that he/she agrees to the processing by the Lessor of his/her personal data related to the booking process and for marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926 as amended). Consent to entrust data processing for marketing purposes is voluntary.

2. Personal data is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) in a manner that prevents access by third parties.

3. Customers have the right to inspect their personal data, correct it and request its deletion. In order to perform the activities referred to above, the Customer contacts the reception of the Nad Parsętą facility at the following e-mail address: recepcja@nadparseta.pl or in any other way.
