Nad Parsętą Accommodation Regulations Szpitalna 7 and Młyńska 10

Please read and comply with the Accommodation Regulations.

§ 1 Subject of the Regulations

These Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of the Accommodations Apartments Nad Parsętą Szpitalna 7 and Apartments Młyńska 10. These Regulations define the terms and conditions of service, the responsibilities of the Guest and the Accommodations, and the rules for staying on the premises of the Accommodations. These Regulations are available at the main reception desk and on the website www.nadparseta.pl. Confirmation of having read the Regulations occurs upon making a reservation, paying the deposit, paying the full amount for the stay, or signing the registration card.

§ 2 Reservation

A reservation is considered made upon receipt of the agreed deposit amount by the Accommodation. Pursuant to the Civil Code, deposits are non-refundable. Your reservation is valid on the day of your planned arrival until midnight. After this time, your reservation will be canceled. To avoid cancellation, please notify the reception of your late arrival. Shortening your stay or a no-show does not result in a refund for unused services.

§ 3 Check-in and Check-out

The room is rented for days. Check-in If a Guest keeps the room after 10:30 AM on the day of departure without prior arrangement with the reception, this will be treated as an unauthorized extension of the check-in time and will be subject to a compensation fee of 100% of the room rate applicable on that day. Each Guest staying overnight is required to register their stay by presenting a photo ID, providing basic personal information, and signing a registration card. The Property has the right to pre-authorize a credit card or collect a cash deposit (applies to stays at Młyńska 10). The Property may refuse to accept or terminate services before the end of the stay of a Guest who has grossly violated the Property Rules. The Property may refuse to accept a Guest whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or drugs, or who is verbally or physically aggressive.

§ 4 Room

The Property has a curfew from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests may not transfer their room to third parties. Unregistered guests may stay in a Guest's hotel room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, after prior notification to the reception of the Apartamenty Nad Parsętą property. Staying in the room of unregistered guests after 10:00 PM constitutes the consent of the person making the reservation to accommodate them for a fee. Each person will be accommodated according to the current price list available at the reception of the Apartamenty Nad Parsętą property. For safety reasons, each time the Guest leaves the room, they should check that the doors and windows are locked. For fire safety reasons, the use of electrical appliances and other devices in the rooms and apartments is prohibited. Hazardous materials, including weapons, ammunition, flammable materials, explosives, or irritants, are not permitted in the room. Guests are prohibited from taking items that are part of the property's equipment outside the property.

§ 5 Property Liability

The Property's liability for the loss or damage of property of significant value, such as valuables, money, securities, items of scientific or artistic value, is limited if these items have not been placed in the safe located in each room and apartment, secured by the Guest. The Property is not liable for the loss or damage to vehicles located in the property's parking lot.

§ 6 Guest Liability

The behavior of guests and persons using the property's services should not disturb the peace of other guests. In the event of a violation of this rule, the property may refuse to provide services to such person. Children under 18 years of age should remain on the property under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage resulting from the actions of children. The guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of the property's equipment and technical devices resulting from their fault or the fault of their visitors. The guest should notify the main reception desk at the Apartamenty Nad Parsętą property of any damage immediately after it is discovered. For soiling hotel surfaces that exceed the scope of standard cleaning (in particular, biological contaminants), the guest will be charged a special cleaning fee of PLN 500 for each soiled area. The Guest is fully responsible for the consequences of unjustified triggering of the fire alarm.

§ 7 Complaints

All complaints regarding the stay should be submitted in writing to the main reception desk of the Nad Parsętą Hotel during the stay. Complaints will be reviewed by the Hotel, if possible, on the day they are submitted, and no later than seven days after their receipt.

§ 8 Additional Provisions

The Hotel will store items left by the Guest for 30 days. After this period, items will be destroyed. Food items in their original packaging will be stored for 24 hours, while other items will be destroyed during room cleaning. If the Hotel receives an instruction to ship an item, the Hotel will ship the item to the address provided by the Guest. (The ordering of the service and its cost are the responsibility of the Guest.) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Hotel, including on balconies. For violating the smoking ban, the Guest is obligated to pay a cleaning and ozonation fee of PLN 1,000. Apartments Młyńska 10 does not accept pets. If staff detects a pet in the apartment, the Guest is obligated to pay a cleaning fee of PLN 500. Apartments Szpitalna 7 accepts pets up to 5 kg. Please inform the reception desk before arrival if you wish to bring a pet. A pet's stay is subject to an additional fee (current rates are available at the reception desk). Pets must not cause a nuisance to other guests. The owner is financially responsible for the pet's stay. Apartments Młyńska 10 are not permitted in the dining room. Free internet access is available in each room and apartment. Parking in the underground garage at Apartments Młyńska 10 is available for a fee. The property does not guarantee parking availability. There is a small, free parking lot directly next to the Apartments Nad Parsętą property. The property does not guarantee parking availability.

Force MajeureIn

The event of unforeseeable circumstances, the effects of which cannot be immediately resolved by standard means, the Accommodation facility reserves the right to offer the Guest an alternative date to the originally booked date. Accommodation facility reserves the right to cancel the contract in the event of force majeure. This also applies to cases in which the Guest's personal safety or property cannot be guaranteed for reasons beyond the Accommodation facility's control.

Protection of Personal Data and Minors

The Accommodation facility applies standards for the protection of minors in accordance with applicable law, in particular to prevent violence, exploitation, and other forms of child abuse. Accommodation staff is obligated to respond to any situations that may indicate a threat to the safety or well-being of a minor staying on the premises. In the event of a reasonable suspicion of a threat to the life, health, or safety of a minor, the Accommodation facility may take appropriate action, including notifying the appropriate authorities. The Accommodation facility may request the presentation of a document confirming the identity and relationship between the adult and the minor if the circumstances of the stay raise reasonable doubts regarding the child's safety.

The Guest declares that he or she consents to the processing of his or her personal data by the Landlord in connection with the processing of the reservation and for marketing purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended). Consent to entrust data processing for marketing purposes is voluntary.

2. Personal data are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) in a manner that prevents access by third parties.

3. Guests have the right to access their personal data, correct it, and request its deletion. To perform the activities referred to above, the Guest should contact the Nad Parsętą reception desk at recepcja@nadparseta.pl or by any other means.

4. The Guest may receive ongoing information about commercial and promotional campaigns conducted by the Landlord by mail, telephone, text message, or email, provided they consent to this at the time of booking.
